I’m so glad. When we fall in love we empower someone to helps define us, but it’s not always a wise or correct choice. It can be so liberating and powerful to realize that person is actually not qualified to be a judge of our character, attractiveness, etc. From you’re writing you seem great. Whatever he thinks about you, I dont buy it (especially given his choice of a partner that superficially boosts his ego).
