I agree with the person who suggested a mattress pad. Get a really good one. Sleep is so underrated and it’s the key to everything. Also, I know it’s been 2 months and that seems like a long time but it really takes a while for your body to adjust to a new way of treating it. Much longer than you would expect. Especially with cravings still going strong, my guess is that you’re still in an adjustment period.
I am a little concerned about your digestion though. Eating healthy should give you regular, easy digestion. Obviously we cant go into detail here but make sure you’re drinking a ton of water, eating lots of cooked veggies every day, and having foods that are easy to digest. A good digestion is as key as sleep for mood— perhaps warranting a different nutritionist if necessary.
I hope you can fix these two things and then stay the course for at least a couple more months. Ultimately once you get the right healthy formula I promise you’ll never want to go back.
